EUKALIN heatseal adhesives can be applied by pump to the application process in circulation and also by feed on demand process. The processing can be done in gravure, flexo or offset printing as well as on laminating lines. The excellent wetting ensures an optimal print image, even at the smallest breakpoints.
EUKALIN heatseal adhesives are characterized by a high solids content. This enables drying temperatures of less than 60 ° C – ideal for shrink wrap equipment.
Activation temperatures from 75 ° C and provide reliable adhesion to many plastics, glass, metal and even wood. At the same time, most of our heatseal adhesives are completely block-free – even against themselves. Suitable substrates are PP, PET, PS and PVC. Also paper can be equipped with it sealable.
