EUKALIN expands 📢

As part of an asset deal, EUKALIN Corp. will acquire the assets and customer relationships of AMB LLC/Baker Titan with effect from 31 July 2025. After closing, both companies will operate under the name EUKALIN Corp. All key executives and employees of Baker Titan will continue to perform their current roles. Production of Baker Titan adhesives will be transferred to the Clifton, NJ, and Allentown, PA, sites. This acquisition strengthens EUKALIN Corp.'s market position in North America and offers customers an expanded product portfolio and even better service.

We ensure the highest standards. We comply with the standards DIN ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015, our AEO certificate (customs simplification), the manufacture of our adhesives according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and the IVK Hygiene Guide ensure that you benefit from consistently high quality.

The terrible storms have heavily damaged our region. EUKALIN was fortunately untouched, but with regret we have followed the effects of the storm and our thoughts are with the victims and the courageous emergency services and all supporters!
