We are expanding our facility in Eschweiler Our goal: to offer our customers more opportunities. The expansion will provide additional capacity, modern facilities, and room for further growth. In short: We’re not just investing in buildings, but in better processes, greater efficiency, and the future of our partnership with our clients. And, of course, we’re also getting some really great new offices in the process. Now comes the most exciting part: Construction sites, dust, discussions about where the power outlets should go.

Thanks to our integrated laboratory and production facility in Eschweiler, we can conduct custom laboratory analyses and respond quickly to your customer inquiries. This ensures tailored solutions and high service quality.

Water-based adhesives are particularly environmentally friendly, as they contain no solvents or harmful plasticizers and can be processed in an energy-efficient manner. Their strength development occurs through drying – without the need for complex extraction or heating systems. They are approved for many applications, including in the food industry.

We develop customized adhesive solutions together with our customers. Based on specific requirements, we test formulations, adjust viscosity, open time, and adhesive properties, and align the products with machine parameters and environmental factors. If needed, we will accompany the entire qualification process.

Yes. Many of our systems, such as hotmelts or water-based adhesives, are completely solvent-free while still being highly effective. These solvent-free variants are particularly used in sensitive applications, such as food or pharmaceutical packaging.

Pressure-sensitive hotmelts (HMPSA) remain permanently sticky, making them ideal for applications like removable labels or tapes. They do not require reactivation through heat or solvents and are suitable for many flexible and temporary bonding applications.

Sustainability is an integral part of our product development. As an experienced adhesive manufacturer, we focus increasingly on raw materials from renewable sources, develop low-emission formulations, and continuously improve the energy efficiency of our processes.
