Dispersion adhesives consist of polymer binders dispersed in water. When applied to a substrate, the water evaporates, causing the polymer particles to bond and form a solid adhesive layer. This type of adhesive is particularly user-friendly, as it is solvent-free, and is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
Every water-based adhesive from our company offers outstanding processing properties and clean application. Our “ready-to-use” adhesives can be applied at room temperature to save energy, are not classified as hazardous materials, and are easy to clean if necessary. Thanks to their high yield, they allow for minimal adhesive usage while still delivering optimal bonding results. This allows you to focus fully on your production process: for clean, trouble-free, and cost-effective manufacturing. In addition, they can be customized to be precisely tailored to your production processes.
Our dispersion adhesives are used in a wide range of applications: in envelope production, labeling, manufacturing paper bags and folding cartons, print finishing, and various packaging applications. They are also ideal for applications such as adhesive tapes or self-adhesive labels, allowing for efficient results with our products.

Yes. For us, sustainability starts right at the product development stage. That is why our water-based emulsion adhesives are always manufactured without organic solvents or phthalate plasticizers. Thanks to their composition, these adhesives can be used, for example, to produce printed materials that meet the requirements of environmental labels. In addition, our water-based dispersion adhesives are free of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO), for example.

 

At the same time, we are constantly working to increase the proportion of renewable raw materials, promote resource-efficient processes, and enable recyclable bonding solutions. This results in high-performance adhesive solutions that combine high-quality standards with a responsible approach to the environment and resources.

Eco-labels or environmental labels can be awarded for various products, but not for adhesives. If you apply for an eco-label for your product, you will receive the relevant documentation for the individual components. If you provide us with this documentation, we will be happy to review it and then provide any necessary information about our adhesives. Our water-based dispersion adhesives are manufactured without organic solvents or phthalate plasticizers.
Due to their composition, these adhesives can be used to produce printed products that meet the requirements of environmental labels.
